The Challenge:
Ubon sought to enhance its brand visibility through influencer marketing. However, the campaign faced significant challenges:
- Brand Unfamiliarity: Many influencers in South India were unfamiliar with Ubon, raising concerns about the product’s quality and relevance to their audience.
- Barter Collaboration: Ubon insisted on a barter collaboration model, offering products to influencers instead of monetary compensation, which further complicated influencer onboarding.

To overcome these challenges, we launched a mass influencer marketing campaign with a carefully crafted strategy:
Campaign Plan:
We collaborated with 24 influencers, strategically chosen to maximize visibility and reach. The selection included both lifestyle and tech influencers, enabling us to tap into two distinct audience segments.
Barter Collaboration:
Despite the challenges, we successfully onboarded influencers through a barter collaboration model. Each influencer received Ubon products in exchange for creating content.
Content Creation:
The influencers produced a reel video and re-shared stories, highlighting the main features of the Ubon products they received. The content was designed to showcase the quality and functionality of the products, resonating with their respective audiences.
Results:
The campaign delivered impressive results:
Instagram Reels: Generated a total of 3,369,011 views.
Instagram Stories: Achieved 33,220 views
