Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and statements
- Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize performance
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and company policies
- Manage cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Certifications: CA, CMA, or CPA preferred
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, laws, and regulations
- Proficiency in financial software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
