BDE (Business Development Executive)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Develop strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Present and promote the company’s products/services, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
  • Client Meetings: Travel as needed to meet with clients, conduct presentations, and attend industry events.

Reporting:

  • Track sales activities and prepare regular reports on business development progress.
  • Work with the team in pitch preparation, quote preparation and mou preparations.
  • Create brief after initial meeting with a prospect.
  • Handle client concerns and redirect to the necessary person after closing the client.

  • Work on contract renewals.
  • Work with team for upsell opportunities
  • Work with team for creating necessary marketing collaterals.
  • Create weekly, monthly and quarterly sales and marketing reports.
  • Host any prospect clients who are visiting our office.
  • Arrange and lead internal discussion for proposal creation
