Key Responsibilities:
- Identify New Business Opportunities: Generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Develop strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Drive Sales Growth: Present and promote the company’s products/services, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
- Client Meetings: Travel as needed to meet with clients, conduct presentations, and attend industry events.
Reporting:
- Track sales activities and prepare regular reports on business development progress.
- Work with the team in pitch preparation, quote preparation and mou preparations.
- Create brief after initial meeting with a prospect.
- Handle client concerns and redirect to the necessary person after closing the client.

- Work on contract renewals.
- Work with team for upsell opportunities
- Work with team for creating necessary marketing collaterals.
- Create weekly, monthly and quarterly sales and marketing reports.
- Host any prospect clients who are visiting our office.
- Arrange and lead internal discussion for proposal creation
