4. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide necessary information and approvals in a timely manner.
- Delays in client feedback may affect delivery timelines.
5. Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement with a 30-day notice.
- Upon termination, all outstanding dues must be settled immediately.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the previous 3 months.
