Cancellation & Refund Policy

1.Service Cancellation

• Clients may cancel monthly retainer services with a 30-day written notice.
• Cancellation before a prepaid project is completed will result in a partial refund based on work completed.

2.Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are applicable only for unrendered services.
• Subscription-based services (e.g., BluFunnel) are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.

3.How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

4.Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
